Dear Terri,

I would like to inform SonRise Windows & Coting of the excellent job Abel and his crew performed painting our house.

Abel was present every day keeping me informed of their progress and being very attentive to all of my questions and concerns.

His crew was very efficient and their attention to detail was impressive. Their craftsmanship in repairing dry rot around window frames and door frames was impressive. The skill they displayed in their patch and repair work was impressive. Every crack and crevice was not overlooked. The straight lines they left where the paint started and finished was impressive. The way they cleaned up the jobsite at the end of each day was impressive. Can you tell I was impressed!

I would also like to acknowledge Jeff Trotter for his professionalism and patience when we were back and forth trying to finalize the details of our contract. I had mentioned to Jeff that I was disappointed with the contractors who had recently installed our roof. Jeff said I wouldn't be disappointed with SonRise, and he was correct.

And a special thank you to both Jeff and Abel for remaining calm while I was panic-stricken wanting to change colors at the last minute. The extra efforts they made in allowing the change was very much appreciated.
