8 Step Textured Coating Process:
1. Inspection:
Note all chipping, flaking, peeling, cracks, warping, deteriorating.
2. Trenching:
A 4-6 inch trench is dug around building when possible, then a sealer is applied to prevent moisture penetration.
3. Masking:
All windows, doors, screens & landscaping are masked and covered before application
4. Sandblasting, Waterblasting:
Removes paint & entire surface is cleaned. Defects revealed for repairs.
5. Patch & Repair:
Cracks and defects are patched and repaired. Wall is made sound for application.
6. Sonrise Primer:
This special primer is applied with a low pressure spray for a better bond and to neutralize chalky surfaces and oxidized paint.
7. Textured Coating:

8. Patch & Trim Paint:
Scrape or sand all trim. Window frames, porches, door jams are hand finished in your choice colors.
